How to place a first wholesale order with Melani

A first wholesale order from Melani Tekstil opens at a 100-piece minimum: 10 standard packs + 10 plus-size packs. A standard pack holds one piece of each size from XS–2XL (6 pieces). A plus-size pack holds one piece of each size from 3XL–6XL (4 pieces). Samples are against payment; put the style code in the enquiry. The order goes through the contact form as domestic wholesale or export.

First step: write the enquiry

Pick a request type on the form: domestic wholesale, export, sample or catalogue / pricing. Company name, email and phone stay yours; subject and message fill from the type.

Make these points clear:

• Sales channel (store, wholesale, export)
• Lines: bodysuits, tunics, slip dresses
• Style codes if you have them (for example MB-110)
• Estimated quantity and delivery city or country

If you have no code, line plus neck and sleeve is enough. The code on the catalogue card speeds the next reply. Hours are every day, 09:00–19:00.

How the 100-piece minimum is built

The site rule is plain: 10 standard + 10 plus-size packs = 100 pieces.

• Standard pack: 6 pieces — one each of XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
• Plus-size pack: 4 pieces — one each of 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL

Ten standard packs are 60; ten plus-size packs are 40. Styles can mix; each pack still carries its own size band. One hundred pieces of a single size sits outside this rule — that request is written on the confirmation if you ask for it.

Pricing follows the current list and the fabric lot. A spoken figure is not an order.

How a pack lands on the rail

For a store buyer, a pack fills the rail by size: one standard pack brings all six standard sizes. A plus-size bay counts plus-size packs on their own.

A wrong size or a short pack is caught in the quality-control audit before packing. The brand is Melani only; there is no private label or contract cutting.

When to ask for a sample

Samples ship against payment. Write the style code and the size band. Stock and shipping come back in the reply. Cartons leave Sakarya / Kocaali.

At a fair, samples can also be reviewed at the stand; booking is in the fair post.

How lead time is confirmed

The catalogue line is set by order size. Quantity and lines produce a firm date on the confirmation. Fabric lot and stock can move that date; short shipments are not sent quietly.
