Production notes
Quality control, fabric intake and pre-shipment checks.
Production posts explain the quality-control steps in Melani’s own workshop, from fabric intake to the checks made before a batch ships. The aim is a consistent standard in every carton.

How our quality control process works
At Melani Tekstil every batch passes five checks before it ships: fabric intake, relaxation and shrinkage, the sewing line, pressing and finished-garment inspection, then a random audit before packing. The aim is the same standard in every carton.
What viscose knit means for wholesale buyers
Melani Basic bodysuit cards list 95% viscose / 5% elastane. A knit structure marks less under a second layer; weight, width and colour fastness are measured at intake. Per-style values sit on the catalogue card.
